  2. I am NOT, by any means, doubting your experiences there, or anything in your post. I CAN TELL YOU, though, I am in that store, and eat a combined lunch/dinner there sometimes 4 days a week, and the machine closest to the Deli area, where you exit, is constantly sounding false alarms on customers, and the cashiers by that door have to continually stop what they are doing and reset it. When I asked workers why this is happening all the time, they basically suggested that management was too cheap and indifferent to FIX the damn thing! (I don't know if this is the exit you are using, but it happens ALL THE TIME.

  3. I pressed the 'publish' button too early! I hope this information helps you feel less singled out, Patricia; Kroger management needs to adjust or calibrate their security devices; this happens all day long! Sincerely,

  7. Patricia,
I think maybe you owe it to Kroger to forward your complaint via email or USmail and ask for an explanation in writing. Sounds like "Unknown" has a plausible explanation. I suspect Kroger guilty of nothing but being cheap re repairs. Good luck.
